Counts
The Counts chart displays statistics (meta data) for fields that you designate. Use this chart to see sums, averages, minimums, maximums, or deviations for any metric.
Features
- Rearranging columns
- Count of total rows, Selected rows, Unselected rows, and Excluded rows
- Count of total unique values and unique selected values
- Most common string value (Mode)
- Mean of all rows and of selected rows
- Standard deviation of all rows and of selected rows
- Minimum/maximum/sum across all rows and across selected rows
Inserting New Counts
In the Author ribbon, click on the "Add New Chart" button
(under Pick Charts) and click 
Counts Chart.If the Data Configuration form is not already showing, click the configuration button
to open the Data Configuration window. If the Data Table shown is not the one you want, use the drop-down list to select the right one.Select all the fields to be included by clicking on the checkboxes next to the field names.
Click OK. The Counts chart displays.
